Step 1. Contact Us
Get in touch with us to speak to a friendly CarePlus client service representative about your cleaning needs and goals.
Step 2. Consultation
A CarePlus team member will tour your home or workplace to examine all your spaces and learn more about your cleaning needs. They’ll also take you through our range of cleaning products.
Step 3: Custom Cleaning Plan
We’ll put together a personalized cleaning service plan outlining your cleaning schedule, inclusions, and costs.
Step 4: Introductions
Once you’re happy with our cleaning service plan, we’ll introduce you to the client manager, who will be available for ongoing support.
Step 5: First Clean
The client manager will guide cleaners through the cleaning plan as they complete the first clean. We’ll be in touch afterwards for your honest feedback.
Step 6: Regular Cleaning
We’ll clean at the agreed times, and our client manager will perform regular inspections to ensure cleaning continues to meet high-quality standards. We welcome your feedback at any stage.
